We met you this summer while traveling across the US and really think that you do have the best BBQ in America! You said that you do ship UPS overnight. Are you doing that in the month of December? If not what month do you start shipping BBQ and what month do you stop? We are anxiously awaiting your terrific food. Thanks

"Chip's BBQ is the best!  It is smoked to perfection and the sauce is awesome!  He doesn't kill the flavor of the pork with an overpowering sauce, like most other BBQ's I've tried.  My kids love it, too, and that's saying something as one of them is an extremely picky eater!  We've tried his BBQ on several different occasions -including a private party, the Appomattox Railroad Festival, the Lion's Club Food Festival and taken some home - the BBQ was always consistently great!  We were lucky enough to try one of Chip's smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving- I've already reserved one for next year, too!  Am planning on getting Chip to cook for a party next summer as I know my guests will not be disappointed. "

Just another fabulous meal - the Pork tenderderloin was so juicy and soft inside with that wonderful smoked flavor ~~just AWESOME!!  Makes your palette just crave more and more!!  I must say something about Hickory Chip's sauce ~~ friends of mine have eaten the BBQ, the smoked Chicken with YOUR Sauce - it's unbelievably delicious.  They rave about wanting more....when can we get some more.... I've got to have another jar and some more BBQ.  They put your sauce on EVERYTHING!!  It's DELICIOUS!!  KEEP ON SMOKING - WE'LL ALL BE WAITING FOR MORE!!!

Thank you ever so much for the most delicious picnic which
you did for seniors at Rockfish Valley community Center in Nelson County. The food was delicious, prepared and presented in buffet style, and all the seniors greatly enjoyed the picnic. To this day the seniors are stll talking about the BBQ, side dishes and desserts. The service was outstanding. We greatly appreciated the outstanding picnic.

We had the pork the other weekend for dinner and it was excellent.  It could not have been better.  It's a real treat for my husband, John.  Years ago, John and his family would have pig roasts, so anytime John can eat the real thing it brings back many good memories.  I also have a relative in a nursing home and we gave him enough for a few sandwiches.  He thought it was excellent and really enjoyed it.  Thank you so much.  We are going to have Gretchen get us more before the holidays.
