Hickory Chips BBQ    

Sometimes I run across interesting articles or different resources I think would be helpful.  This link contains an article published in the Washington Post newspaper on July 4, 2008, about real BBQ..the kind of bbq that's worth the risk of burning down the whole place. The kind of bbq that's a real effort to make, but folks will drive for miles to get...that's what I'm talkin' about...the kind of bbq I make!
